Our Story

Our chefs take pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients available and use simple, pure, local and regional flavors on our made from scratch menu. Seafood is selected daily for freshness and we feature wild and naturally harvested fish recommended by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch. Our steaks include USDA Prime cuts and are aged for maximum tenderness and flavor.

	Lunch Menu Guest favorites include the Shellfish Cobb Salad, Blackened Colorado Bass and our famous Ginger Salmon. Lunch is served at Ocean Prime Denver from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
	Dinner Menu Our chef’s feature is always a hit but don’t miss the Chilean Sea Bass in Champagne Truffle Sauce and our aged prime steaks. Share a Surf N Turf or Colossal Shrimp Sauté appetizer and request a suggestion or two from our Wine Spectator honored wine list. Dinner is served from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
	Wine Menu Indulge in a recommendation from our well-versed associates who can guide you to the perfect pairing for your meal. Our Wine Spectator award-winning list features 50 amazing pours by the glass. We’re always interested in your wish list – be sure to share your suggestions with us.
	Dessert Menu Is there chocolate ganache? Yes. Confections with fresh fruit and crème anglais? Yes. Creamy crème brulee and Ten Layer Carrot Cake? (The house favorite.) Share if you must, but don’t consider your Ocean Prime experience complete unless you’ve sampled at least one of our housemade desserts.
	Gluten Friendly Menu We offer gluten friendly menus at all of our Ocean Prime locations. Simply ask your server to see a menu and our chef team will work to accommodate any special dietary needs you have. While we offer gluten friendly items, our kitchen is not completely gluten free.
	Prime Hour Menu Prime Hour in Denver is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays in the lounge -- a great time to explore 50 excellent wines we pour by the glass. Our fresh-squeezed handcrafted cocktails like the Cucumber Gimlet are offered during Prime Hour at special price.
	Cocktail Menu Mixology is one of our favorite sciences. From our imagination to your glass, the goal is to elevate a mixture of flavors to a sublime finish. Enjoy something from our collection of handcrafted cocktails made with the absolute freshest squeezed juices and unique twists like fresh basil, muddled white grapes and elderflower.
	After Dinner Offerings Menu Nothing completes a great meal like fine spirits. Enjoy a port or malt scotch and the atmosphere of the evening as it winds down with the terrace firepit crackling in the background.
